Gentle Spirit

 There was a spirit that came into this world not long ago
It was an all so quite and gentle spirit
When born, It was so tiny, and frail
The first two years for this spirit was touch and go
But god allowed us some time with this all so gentle spirit
 
So he grew from a frail small body, into a gentle giant
We all forgot about the struggle this gentle spirit had from the beginning
We grew to love him, and take for granted that he was around
All the time forgetting the struggle this gentle spirit had to be with us
 
God has allowed us to see a gentle spirit was among us
He taught us through the briefness of this gentle spirit
The lesson of life, not to take it for granted
To always love our love ones, for they are with us for a brief moment
To take time out for one another; to share moments together
Because time can be all so brief
 
To this our beloved one, we will always remember his gentle spirit
How his spirit shone so big among us
The sweetness of his spirit will always endure in our hearts
And even though we feel lost today, we are glad that he is a t peace
God loaned him to us, and now with God is this gentle spirit
 
We love you “Pa-Nook”, and you will for always live in our hearts
